Are you a genuine site?

Yes we are a genuine registered small business based on the Gold Coast. We have been in operation since August 2018.

What happens after I book?

Once your payment is approved, you will receive a print-at-home voucher for service booked. This voucher will also be emailed to you as a confirmation of your booking. Please contact us if you have not received the voucher within 24 business hours.

Who do I call if I need further information?

The tour operator's contact details are located on the voucher. Please contact the tour operator directly, or contact us.

What do I do with the voucher?

You present the printed voucher at the ticket counter in order to redeem ticket. Your reservation cannot be honoured or redeemed without presenting a valid voucher. Please note that some operators may ask for Photo ID for identification purposes and fraud prevention.

How does Reserve now pay later work?

It is an obligation free way for you to book a ticket and pay at a later date. We will send you a payment reminder atleast four business days before your travel date. The invoice will be cancelled if the payment is not received by the due date. We will be sad you didn't book with us but no love lost.

Are my details secure?

We do not store any credit card information on our servers. We do not sell or share your email address or personal information to any third party.

Do you need a visa to visit Australia?

Yes there are 3 visas that you can apply for online to visit Australia for tourism or business visitor activities. Tourism includes holidays, recreation and seeing family and or friends. Business visitor activities may include attending a conference, negotiation or an exploratory business visit.

Do I need an Australian visa to book?

Yes you should only book the package once you have a valid Passport and a confirmed Australian visa. ​Average processing time for tourist visa to Australia is 17 to 30 days.

Are airfares to Australia included?

No international airfares are not included in the package unless specified.

Hotel availability

In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of similar category.

Luggage weight allowance/limit

Please check your airline website for luggage weight allowance and limits.

Hotel security deposit

As a standard policy, hotels in Australia would charge a security deposit/swipe your credit card for a particular amount. This amount will not be debited from your card and if in the form of cash, will be refunded to you at the time of checking out (provided no damage has been done to the hotel premise/items in minibar are unused)

What is the weather like in Australia?

Australia's climate varies greatly throughout the eight states and territories; there are four seasons across most of the country and a wet and dry season in the tropical north.

Australia's seasons are at opposite times to those in the northern hemisphere.

What items am I prohibited from bringing into Australia?

Australia's customs laws prevent you from bringing drugs, steroids, weapons, firearms and protected wildlife into Australia.

Some common items such as fresh or packaged food, fruit, eggs, meat, plants, seeds, skins and feathers are also prohibited.

How much money can I bring to Australia?

There is no limit on the amount of currency that you can bring into Australia, but you will need to declare amounts over $10,000.

What is the duty-free concession limits for people entering Australia?

Please always check the limits before travelling as the limits listed below may change in the future.

  • General goods: $AUD 900 worth of goods per adult (18 years or over); $AUD 450 worth of goods per child.
  • Alcohol: Up to 2.25 litres (0.5 imperial gallons or 0.59 US gallons) of alcoholic beverages (liquor, wine and Champagne) per adult.
  • Tobacco: 50 cigarettes or 50 grams (1.76 ounces) of cigars or tobacco products per adult.

What is the Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS)?

The TRS allows Australians and overseas visitors to claim a refund, (subject to certain conditions), of the goods and services tax (GST) and wine equalisation tax paid on goods bought in Australia and then taken out of Australia in checked luggage or carry-on bags.

When making a claim you need to take your goods, original tax invoice(s), passport and boarding pass to the TRS facility. What can & can’t be claimed on the TRS?
