Visit one of a range of stunning outlooks of the Jamison Valley with beautiful vistas, where possible away from the crowds. Continue on to Eaglehawk Lookout for views of the famous Three Sisters and to learn of the legends behind this famous rock formation. Departing from the city, we travel north over the Sydney Harbour Bridge via the Gore Hill Freeway to join the Pacific Highway and then the F3 freeway. We will travel directly to the Hunter Valley, which is nestled in the lee of the Great Dividing Range. Enroute we will stop for a short restroom visit.180 years young, this is Australia's oldest and best known wine region and is soaked in history. It's a dynamic and fascinating area that brims with over 150 top class wineries, 65 indulgent restaurants as well as gourmet produce and boutique breweries. Our first visit is to a 5-star winery nestled in the Mount View region of the Hunter Valley, a well renowned viticulture area. Sample exquisite wines in your own private area.

From here we continue onto Leogate Estate. This opulent cellar door is the perfect place to enjoy that unique taste which only the Hunter Valley and their award winning wines can provide. All wines produced from the great vines of one of the most highly regarded vineyards in Australia. Here we will enjoy a selection of cheeses to accompany the wine tasting, followed by a tour of the onsite winery to learn of the wine making process.

Depart from the hotel with AEA Luxury Tours.  Departing from the city we travel directly to the Blue Mountains and our first stop of the day is at Euroka Clearing located deep in the National Park.  Here there is abundant birdlife to be found and it's also home to wild kangaroos.  We have time to wander at leisure to see if we can spot any of these beautiful native animals. Guide will prepare a refreshing morning tea or coffee for you with some local delicacies

From Euroka Clearing we continue to ascend the Blue Mountains via the highway.  We will visit one of a range of stunning outlooks of the Jamison Valley seeing beautiful vistas. A leisurely morning to relax in the Blue Mountains. Picked from hotel accommodation approximately 11.00 11.30AM to re-join the tour group. Arrive at lunch venue - the historic Boiler House Cafe at the stunning Hydro Majestic Property. With spectacular views we enjoy a relaxing 2 course cafe style lunch. All diets are catered for (excluding Kosher Meals). Beverages can be purchased at your own expense from the Bar.

After lunch visit Govetts Leap, one of the most famous lookouts in Australia. The magnificent waterfall drops a whopping 180m to the base of the cliff. From here we will travel over to the western boundary of the park and descend down into Hartley Vale. Packed with history we will also be looking for kangaroos, emus and more birdlife in the beautiful farmland valley. Our last stop at the Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens where there's time for a short inspection of the flora including the ancient Wollemi Pine (Wollemia Nobilis).

Enjoy morning tea, stroke a koala and hand feed kangaroos, wallabies & emus. We will travel through picturesque villages, see spectacular views and waterfalls. Enjoy a short walk to a lookout point and hear about the unique Australian forest species.
We arrive at Evans Lookout where you will be issued your lunch pack, map and instructions on the hiking track.
