Beginning at Willie Creek, we enjoy a sampler tour on the perils of the deep and hear what the early pearl divers had to endure. Next, we travel to Chinatown to visit Sun Pictures, the world's oldest operating picture gardens. Then it is on to a stop at Matso's Brewery to enjoy a beer tasting hosted by one of Matso's knowledgable staff, including their famous ginger beer, before heading out of town. At Town Beach, learn of Broome's One Day War before travelling on to the Japanese Cemetery which highlights the close ties the Japanese established between Broome and its pearling industry. We then visit Broome Port, which is known for being the largest deep-water access port servicing the Kimberley region. Next it's a stop at the Malcolm Douglas Crocodile Park for a guided farm walk and a chance to view the famous crocodile feeding before heading back through Broome town. At Town Beach, learn of Broome's One Day War and the wrecks of the Catalina's that rest in Roebuck Bay. You then drive through Old Broome where you will see Lord McAlpine's old home, pass by the Old Convent Heritage Centre, and the Japanese Cemetery, the largest outside of Japan which is a tribute to those that lost their lives through the early pearling days. Heading north to Willare Bridge, cross the mighty Fitzroy River and make a morning tea stop at one of the Kimberley's most famous landmarks the Prison Boab Tree, once used to house convicts. Whilst here view Myalls Bore, a 120 metre long trough built in the early 1900's used to water up to 1,000 head of cattle at one time. Leave the coast and travel inland along the famous Gibb River Road, once used as the main stock route for the region, before turning off to the pre-historic Windjana Gorge, regarded as one of the classic features of world geology and a great freshwater crocodile spotting site. Enjoy a picnic lunch, then head to Tunnel Creek, an amazing 750 metre long flooded cavern. Take an exciting walk through the tunnel wading through knee to thigh high water and hear the story of Jandamarra. Windjana Gorge & Tunnel Creek Adventure:
An ADAMS Pinnacle Tours coach will pick you up from your hotel to commence a full day Windjana Gorge and Tunnel Creek Adventure. HThe tour travels east from Broome into the fascinating part of outback Australia, known as the Kimberley region. We head over the Willare Bridge, crossing the mighty Fitzroy River, for our morning tea break. We then head to one of the Kimberley's most famous landmarks, the Boab Prison Tree, once used to house convicts. Whilst here view Myalls Bore. Heading through the Kimberley Cattle country we continue along the famous Gibb River Road arriving at Windjana Gorge, for a scrumptious picnic lunch. Regarded as a classic world geological feature, the gorge is a renowned freshwater crocodile spotting site. Keep an eye out for wildlife hiding in the Lennard River, which runs through Windjana Gorge. The gorge's limestone walls rise more than 100 metres and it is home to fossils of shells and sea creatures. Afterwards, head to Tunnel Creek, a 750-metre long flooded cavern. On this great adventure walk, wade through knee to thigh high water and hear the story of Jandamarra. The tunnel features many beautiful formations including stalactites and stalagmites and is also home to a variety of bats, olive pythons and freshwater crocodiles. Enjoy a swim at the end of the tunnel in a waterhole before heading back for afternoon tea and onwards back to Broome with a stop enroute for dinner (at your own expense). The approximate time of arrival is at 10:00pm. A drop-off to your hotel is included.
Note: A moderate level of fitness and mobility is required for this tour as we are walking over uneven ground, climbing rocks and wading through water. You need to bring a pair of shoes that you don't mind getting wet, either reef shoes or old tennis/trainers shoes, and potentially swimming costume and towel. Headlamp torches are supplied.

Afternoon Broome Town Tour & Cable Beach Sunset:
Visit Chinatown and hear fascinating stories of this colourful precinct. Call into a pearl shop, followed by a visit to Sun Pictures, the world's oldest operating open air picture gardens. Take a drive through Old Broome to view typical local architecture and old Pearling Masters homes, then view the aqua waters of Roebuck Bay at Town Beach and learn of Broome's One Day War. Stop at Matso's Broome Brewery to sample their hand made ales and famous ginger beer, or visit one of the local arts and craft galleries nearby. Visit the Japanese Cemetery and Broome Port before arriving at Gantheaume Point which is known for dinosaur footprints and Anastasias Pool. Finally head to Cable Beach to enjoy light refreshments and nibbles as you watch the sunset. Tour concludes at approximately 6.30pm, at which time hotel drop offs will commence.

Journey to the tip of the Dampier Peninsular to experience this remote coastal wilderness area. Travel along rugged terrain exploring cultural and historical aspects of the peninsular before stopping at the Beagle Bay Aboriginal Community. View an exquisite Pearl Shell Altar in a church built in 1918 by the Pallotine Monks. Travel north to the remote Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm to enjoy lunch and an insight into the Kimberley pearling industry. In the afternoon take time to explore Cape Leveque - swim in the turquoise water, relax and enjoy a cup of tea at this idyllic location before commencing the return journey to Broome. Tour concludes at approximately 7.30pm, at which time hotel drop offs will commence.

Windjana Gorge & Tunnel Creek Adventure:
Heading north to Willare Bridge, cross the mighty Fitzroy River and make a morning tea stop at one of the Kimberley's most famous landmarks the Prison Boab Tree, once used to house convicts. Whilst here view Myalls Bore, a 120 metre long trough built in the early 1900's used to water up to 1,000 head of cattle at one time. Leave the coast and travel inland along the famous Gibb River Road, once used as the main stock route for the region, before turning off to the pre-historic Windjana Gorge, regarded as one of the classic features of world geology and a great freshwater crocodile spotting site. Enjoy a picnic lunch, then head to Tunnel Creek, an amazing 750 metre long flooded cavern. Take an exciting walk through the tunnel wading through knee to thigh high water and hear the story of Jandamarra. Following afternoon tea, set off back to Broome with a stop on the way for dinner (own expense). Tour concludes at approximately 10.00pm, at which time hotel drop offs will commence.

Afternoon Broome Town Tour & Cable Beach Sunset:
Beginning at Willie Creek, we enjoy a sampler tour on the perils of the deep and hear what the early pearl divers had to endure. Next, we travel to Chinatown to visit Sun Pictures, the world's oldest operating picture gardens. Then it is on to a stop at Matso's Brewery to enjoy a beer tasting hosted by one of Matso's knowledgable staff, including their famous ginger beer, before heading out of town. At Town Beach, learn of Broome's One Day War before travelling on to the Japanese Cemetery which highlights the close ties the Japanese established between Broome and its pearling industry. We then visit Broome Port, which is known for being the largest deep-water access port servicing the Kimberley region. Afterwards, we move on to Gantheaume Point most commonly known for its red rock cliff face, dinosaur footprints and Anastasia's Pool. Travelling on, we enjoy a brief visit to the picturesque Cable Beach. We then head down to Gantheaume Beach to enjoy some light refreshments and nibbles and watch the sunset. A drop off to your hotel is included.

Here, we enjoy a guided visit to the trochus hatchery and learn about the Bardi Jawis strong connection to their rich culture and saltwater traditions. Visit the aquaculture centre, where a range of local art and artefacts can be admired and purchased (cash only). Next stop is Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm situated on the tip of the Dampier Peninsula. Enjoy a chef prepared lunch followed by a Pearl Farm Tour. A family owned business, it is Australia's oldest operating Pearl Farm. An opportunity also to visit their showroom, where you will see some of the finest South Sea Pearls grown and harvested. Time for an afternoon swim in the beautiful turquoise waters of Kooljaman. Sit back and relax or stroll along the beautiful white sand beach, taking in the amazing scenery. We bid farewell to those that have chosen the Scenic Flight (must be pre-booked, extra cost), before heading back to Broome on the coach arriving approximately 7.30pm. Windjana Gorge & Tunnel Creek Adventure:
The tour travels east from Broome into the fascinating part of outback Australia, known as the Kimberley region. We head over the Willare Bridge, crossing the mighty Fitzroy River, for our morning tea break. We then head to one of the Kimberley's most famous landmarks, the Boab Prison Tree, once used to house convicts. Whilst here view Myalls Bore. Heading through the Kimberley Cattle country we continue along the famous Gibb River Road arriving at Windjana Gorge, for a scrumptious picnic lunch. Regarded as a classic world geological feature, the gorge is a renowned freshwater crocodile spotting site. Keep an eye out for wildlife hiding in the Lennard River, which runs through Windjana Gorge. The gorge's limestone walls rise more than 100 metres and it is home to fossils of shells and sea creatures. Afterwards, head to Tunnel Creek, a 750-metre long flooded cavern. On this great adventure walk, wade through knee to thigh high water and hear the story of Jandamarra. The tunnel features many beautiful formations including stalactites and stalagmites and is also home to a variety of bats, olive pythons and freshwater crocodiles. Enjoy a swim at the end of the tunnel in a waterhole before heading back for afternoon tea and onwards back to Broome with a stop enroute for dinner (at your own expense). The approximate time of arrival is at 10:00pm. A drop-off to your hotel is included.
Note: A moderate level of fitness and mobility is required for this tour as we are walking over uneven ground, climbing rocks and wading through water. You need to bring a pair of shoes that you don't mind getting wet, either reef shoes or old tennis/trainers shoes, and potentially swimming costume and towel. Headlamp torches are supplied.
